What is “wellness”? My personal philosophy is supplements are a part of a bigger picture of total body “wellness”. Food, sleep, emotional health + physical activities are the pillar.
I use ONLY Thorne Health products due to their credibility + high reliability. These supplements are key for me as an active adult 40+ for both recovery as well as longevity.
