About me: an active multi-sport 40+ athlete myself, I have had my own struggles with how to fit it all in, stay active, eat healthy + keep my body strong with age. My coaching is based on years of treating elite athletes as well as my own personal journey helping me to be competitive in multiple disciplines including: road, cyclocross, XC & Enduro racing. My nutrition education, yoga training, health coaching and graduate degrees in exercise science and PT have allowed me to cultivate a top tier approach to full body transformations for the female athlete.
