About me: As an active multi-sport 40+ athlete myself, I know first hand the struggles of how to fit it all in, stay active, eat healthy + keep my body strong with age. My coaching is based on years of treating elite athletes as well as my own experience as an athlete in multiple disciplines including: road, cyclocross, XC & Enduro. My credentials in Nutrition, Yoga, graduate degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy have allowed me to cultivate a top tier approach.
