Hi, I'm Dara — I combine physical therapy with strength coaching, nutrition, yoga, for athletes all levels & Active40+ clients around the world.

I work with my clients both in-person (Bay Area/Santa Monica offices), as well as virtual telehealth and coaching remotely with customized plans.

Regardless of how we collaborate, the goal is always the same: top notch delivery as your guide to empower you to your specific goals of optimal heath and fitness.

I am an endurance athlete 40+ , runner, cyclist, skier, gym rat + yogi!

•Certified Kettlebell coach
•Yoga (200hr RYT)
•Advanced Sports Nutrition & USA Cycling coaching license
