Hello, I'm Dara! I’ve dedicated my career to physical therapy, fitness & sports medicine. My journey includes an undergraduate degree from UCLA, a Master's in Exercise Science, Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I now hold master trainer certifications in Kettlebells , Strength & Conditioning (CSCS) Yoga (200hr RYT), & Advanced Sports Nutrition. With 20+ years of experience, I treat a clientele around the globe, from professional athletes to weekend warriors, catering to all age groups and skill levels. My work in the Sports Medicine department at U.S. Olympic training centers has further enriched my knowledge and skills.
I specialize in Strength Training & Advanced Sports Nutrition for physique/body composition goals for athletes or those seeking full body transformations.
Given my passion for endurance sports I also obtained my U.S.A. Cycling Coach, NICA Mountain Bike Coach licensure.
I cater to the endurance athlete. I am also a competitive athlete in road cycling, triathlon, cross country, enduro, cyclocross, and gravel.
